Ron’s Party Bus Terms & Conditions

• Deposits are Non-Refundable.
• Please keep your group on time and make sure they are at the departure location at the designated time. A $75 charge will be added after a 20-minute wait.
• If your group goes over the allotted time or wishes to extend the booking, there is a charge of $250 per hour (Party Bus)
  
• There is NO smoking on the bus.
• Alcohol must be in closed, non-glass containers.

• The driver reserves the right to deny any person access to the bus that he or she feels is a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
• There will be a $350 cleaning fee applied for any smoking.
• Passengers consuming alcohol must be of legal age or will be denied access and/or removed from the bus.
• There is an additional $175 fee applied for the clean-up of vomit (as this must be treated as biohazardous waste).
