1. Can we bring alcohol onto the Party Bus?

Yes you can! Please note, in Pennsylvania, everyone must be 21 years of age or older to bring alcohol onto Ron’s Party Bus. This is not only the law but it also is meant to keep everybod safe throughout the entire night.

2. Can the Party Bus stay out after midnight?

We all know the party begins at midnight! We ask how long you want to keep the Party Bus when planning your evening. So, whether it is til 11 pm or 2 am, the night is yours so keep the vehicle as long as you want!

3. Do we have to drive ourselves or does it come with a driver?

Great question! And the answer is No... We will handle all of the driving and you can relax and enjoy your night.

4. Is the tip included?

No... the tip is not included in your price quote but is greatly appreciated.

5. How many people fit in the Party Bus?

Ron’s Party Bus can seat 14 people comfortably.

6. Is there an hourly minimum for renting a Party Bus?

Ron’s Party Bus is in high demand, and often rented for 6 to 8 hours at a time. Every hour after your reserved block of time is $125.

7. How far in advance do I need to book a Party Bus?

As mentioned earlier, demand is the highest during nights and weekends. If you want to book Ron’s Party Bus during a weekday, you will need less advance notice. However, many weekends can sell out months in advance. So the more time you give yourself to select and book, the more likely you will be able to guarantee your booking.

9. Is it okay to be late or delay boarding the bus at time of pickup at the beginning or return portion of our trip? Is there any flexibility?

No, Ron’s Party Bus is continuously on the go! If your group has booked a one way or roundtrip, there are other bookings scheduled before your time slot and after. It is critical that trip begins and ends on time. Passengers are given an automatic 5 minute window to board at the time of pickup and on the return pickup. Ron’s Party Bus will attempt to accommodate if given advance notice, but there is no guarantee.

10. Is there a cooler on the bus?

Great question…Yes, you are welcome to bring your own beverages and place them in the ice cooler. Ron’s Party Bus does provide complimentary water. Note: You must be 21 or older to bring alcoholic beverages on the bus.

11. Does the bus stay out after 2am?

Yes, we are available 24hrs!

12. How far do you travel? Can I book a trip to travel outside of Pittsburgh, PA?

Yes, Ron’s Party Bus will accommodate group trips outside of Pittsburgh, PA. State to state trips require a custom quote. Please contact Ron’s Party Bus at 412-587-2081 to receive a custom quote today.

13. Can I play my own music?

Absolutely, we would love for you to jam out to your favorite tunes! Just connect your phone to Ron’s Party Bus bluetooth, and take control of the volume…Turn up the Music!

14. Is there WiFi?

Yes, just let your driver know you need it and they’ll turn it on.

15. Is there a video screen on the bus or a TV? If so…What can play on the TV?

Ron’s Party Bus is equipped with an Apple TV. Your group can stream videos, photo slideshows or watch your favorite TV program!

16. Can I change my phone?

Yes, Ron’s Party Bus is equipped with several chargers so that you can keep your mobile devices juiced up! We know how important it is to share your status and tag Ron’s Party Bus when your having the time of your life.

17. Can I customize the bus for our special event?

Yes, if you’d like to decorate the inside of the bus to make your day even more special, you can. Ron’s Party Bus has colorful LED lights and can also play your customized slideshow or pictures for your event on the Apple TV. Just let us know in advance and we will accommodate…

18. How do we pay? What forms of payment are accepted?

Ron’s Party Bus will send you an email invoice. A 50% deposit is required up front to reserve Ron’s Party Bus, and lock in your date.. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, cash app etc...if you want to pay another way just let me know, we take all payment options even Bitcoin!

Yes!

20. Can we store stuff on the bus?

If you have a round-trip NO, and if you have the bus for a block of hrs YES.

21. Can we smoke on the bus?

Ron’s Party Bus does not encourage smoking on the bus. If you decide to smoke, there is an automatic cleaning fee of $350.

22. If we have a one way or roundtrip setup can we make extra stops to pick up people on the way?

NOT for Free! Due to time obligations, it is critical that Ron’s Party Bus is notified of any changes in your itinerary in advance. There is a $50 extra stop fee per stop. We know things happen and we will try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a last minute change.
